Rainbow trout meat is mild tasting, with a delicate, nut-like flavor. The flesh is tender, flaky and soft. The flesh of rainbow trout is white, pink or orange.
This colorful patterned fish is a member of the salmon family and is one of the healthiest fishes to include in diet, and contains higest number of omega 3.
Contains up to 19g of protein per 3 ounces.
