As we prepare the meals to meet nutritional requirements of individual pet, we are not able to make changes upon confirmation and payment of orders. 

If you are on subscription plan, please let us know 5 days before delivery so we can makes adjustments. 

Yes! Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at 92355159 to customize your pet’s trial meals.
Please note that delivery fee of $10 will apply.

Please check your order upon receipt and inform us within 3 days from date of delivery if there is any issue with the product. We do not accept returns or refund for confirmed order.

We are not able to amend or cancel your order after it has been made. 

Should there be cancellation, we charge an admin fee of 4% of order amount to cover the fees charged by our payment merchant.

Free shipping for orders more than $120 for frozen items(after offset of reward points or coupon code)

For orders below $120, there is a delivery fee of $12 per trip(after offset of reward points or coupon code).

If you order Customised Meal Plan, you can enjoy free weekly delivery if your order is $150 and above for 2 weeks raw meals, or $300 for 4 weeks raw meals. For any other enquiries, please Whatsapp us at 92355159.

Kindly please ensure that someone is at home to receive. We will attempt to call you before or upon reaching your doorstep. Otherwise, it will be considered as failed delivery and re-delivery fee applies.

We will contact you to confirm the delivery timing and address upon order. A re-delivery fee of $12 applies
