Delivery will be on selected date with stated delivery timeframe. We strive to get your order delivered within the selected timeframe subjected to weather conditions/traffic delays. We seek your understanding and assures that the items are well frozen when delivered to you. 

Should there be no one to receive the order, a re-delivery fee of $15 applies. Please leave an icebox outside your door so we can leave it inside. 

Due to the perishable nature of our Raw products, confirmed orders are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
